S u m m e ro f“6 7” The original Summer Of “67” started 40 years ago under the name “The Heard”.Every member was living in Haverhill, MA and consisted of Chuck Buzzell, Bob Fountain, Mike Moustafa and Eric McFadden. The band performed for local churches, school dances and eventually college mixers and Frat parties throughout New England. The band stayed together for 4 years after which every member went their own way. It was not until 4 years ago that the members started the original band back under the name “Summer Of “67”.By that time, Mike Moustafa had given up the music business and was replaced on guitar by Wayne Lescarbeau. The band’s repertoire which features music of the 60’s has been very popular as the members had decided to perform very well known songs which audiences recognize and call sing along.The band has performed numerous engagements at the Hampton Beach Shell in Hampton, NH, conventions, school reunions, antique car shows etc.
